Most regenerative and hormone therapy clinics are running Facebook or Google ads—but few are seeing the kind of ROI they expected. Why? It’s not the platforms—it’s the strategy (or lack thereof).
Here’s what’s going wrong—and what you can do to fix it.
1. No Clear Offer = No Conversion
Most clinics promote services, not solutions. “Hormone Therapy” is not an offer. “Get Your Energy Back in 14 Days – Hormone Evaluation + Plan for $99” is.
Fix: Make your ads offer-driven, not just service-based.
2. Landing Pages That Don’t Convert
Many ads go straight to a homepage or generic service page. This kills conversion.
Fix: Use dedicated landing pages with one CTA: book a consultation.
3. No Tracking = No Optimization
If you can’t tell what’s working, you can’t improve. Too many clinics don’t have proper Meta Pixel or Google conversion tracking in place.
Fix: Set up tracking that ties spend to bookings and revenue.
4. Leads Not Followed Up
Great ads mean nothing if leads aren’t contacted fast. Most clinics fail at lead follow-up.
Fix: Use automation and response-time benchmarks (under 5 min is ideal).
5. No Strategic Budgeting
Too many clinics set arbitrary ad budgets without a clear sense of ROI, CAC, or LTV.
Fix: Treat marketing like an investment. Know your numbers.
